Return Policy

If you find any defects or damage upon receiving your jewelry, please contact us with photos within 30 days. We will arrange a replacement to ensure complete satisfaction.

Personalized items, size issues, or change of mind are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We highly recommend reviewing our sizing guide before completing your order.

Return Conditions
  • Items must be returned within 30 days in original, unused, and like-new condition.
  • A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
  • To start a return, contact us with your name, order number, and reason.
  • Do not return any items without prior approval.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Refunds will be processed after inspection and fee deduction.
Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours for a full and hassle-free cancellation. After 12 hours, a 10% cancellation fee will apply to cover processing and administrative charges.

Package Loss / Non-Receipt

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local postal service immediately and inform us.

If the package is officially confirmed lost, we will reship your order or issue a full refund at your request.

Exchange Policy

To request an exchange, please contact us in advance for approval. Once confirmed, include your order information and specify the exchange details.

Exchanges will be processed within 48 hours after we receive and inspect the returned item.
